This is an expansion part for use with the Biorium Smart Aquarium.
Raising the position of the lid improves ventilation and prevents the water temperature from rising.
It also makes it easier to attach external devices and other expansion parts to the glass side. The lid can be easily opened and closed, making daily maintenance easier. *The back lid will no longer close.
